Please read through the list of exams and prices. Select the appropriate ticket (Full price/Reduced price) for each exam your student is taking. Students will only qualify for the reduced price if they have received approval from the district.

When completing, please make sure you put your students name and ID number (after the last name) in the appropriate boxes. For tracking purposes, please do not put your name, only the student name.
